          Off-line Flying Marking/Encoding System

We developed and adopted the embedded technology DPS control method in our completely off-line marking/encoding system independently. This system mainly used in various types of laser marking system to mark the characters on flying objects such as bottles, medical packages etc.

 

The operation of this system is very simple. You can easily program what you want to mark from  Menu and Display. Friendly “Windows-style” interface will save the training time and reduce the error rate for the operator. It can also increase production efficiency.

 

Compare with the traditional marking card and software, there are many advantages of this system such as faster speed, higher efficiency, lower cost. There is no computer required to run the system. It is really to save a lot of manufacturing cost for the customer.

 

Function:

1.      With completely off-line, and not rely on PC. Can edit and debug the marking contents, control marking head and specify various laser processing parameters independently.

2.      With USB connector, can use USB connector to connect the system with a PC to upload and download the backup files.

3.      With two rotary encoders, you can connect directly with the production line to flying mark instantly,  or directly specify/set the flying direction and the flying speed in the software if you know the flying speed of the objects to be marked.

4.      Can be used with YAG laser, CO2 laser and fiber laser..

5.      With two analog outputs and one XY2-100 digital communication protocol output, can control both analog and digital galvanometers.

6.      With red aiming beam interface, can control on and off of the red aiming beam as you want.

7.      With editing marking function, can edit complex marking contents (such as marking on a variety of text size, directions, patterns etc.).

8.      Can be extended up to 16 digital inputs and outputs (need to add an digital IO extension board)

9.      With AT keyboard interface, can be connected with a PC for input.

 

Interfaces of Hardware:

1. Power input:±12V DC -±15V DC (+12V/500mA, 12V/100mA)

2. Interface for encoder 1:  5-line input

3. Interface for encoder 2: 8-line input

4. Analog out put for X-axis: -5V - +5V

5. Analog out put for Y-axis: -5V - +5V

6. Interface for IPG laser:  to IPG fiber laser IO

7. XY2-100: to digital galvos

8. Red laser pointer: 3V to red diode

9. PWM and GATE: PWM output (5V TTL), GATE output (3.3V CMOS).

10.  Electric-optic switch and foot switch interfaces are for the signal input to start marking (5V TTL signal or OC output signal)

11.  IO extension interface is for external extended use of digital IOs.

12.  The adapter plate interface is for connect adapter (with USB interface and machine coding program interface.)
